I made the booking on a very short notice and they promised to send us three man who can help us moving. During the whole moving time god knows how many people we had to dealt with and there was nothing amongst our furniture that was not damaged or scratched. They dropped our fridge down whilst taking it out of their vehicle and completely scratched . The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not responsible at all and not professional at all. Their manager was supposed to get back to us the following business day for insurance and they never did. They are not recommended at all.
I had booked another company to move the contents of a 4 bedroom house that cancelled on the day the move was scheduled. This was the end of a lease, so I was left in a difficult situation if I couldn’t move in time for the lease end.K & M Removals responded the next day (a Sunday). They packed the truck the Sunday afternoon and evening and unpacked the following morning starting at 5am to finish before their scheduled business.They provided a second truck to complete the move.They were careful and professional and went to great effort to place the contents where I wanted them in the new house.I would definitely recommend K & M Removals.
I was thankful they accepted a short notice job, however I wish I hadn't bothered. They showed up over an hour late without contacting us to say they had been delayed. They scratched our item as they were moving it to their vehicle, then they went to the wrong address, were very aggressive towards us and showed up at the correct address nearly 3 hours later.
